Role

Stash Invest is in search of a Brokerage and Compliance Analyst to assist in the day to day Brokerage Operations of a rapidly growing investment advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day to day brokerage operations, including account management, Clearance/Settlement and Regulatory Compliance
  • Conduct daily Operational reviews of the Firm’s accounts, including account, position and balance reconciliations and issue identification/resolution
  • Assist with client service initiatives for Firm’s clients
  • Implement Operations and Compliance control framework, including periodic reviews and sampling/testing as part of Firm’s Supervisory control program and policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls and/or increase customer satisfaction
  • Document process flows and create/update procedure manuals
  • Assist in researching of New Business Initiatives and product development

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience working in financial services or Financial Technology
  • Strong written and oral communications skills

Role

Stash Invest is in search of a Compliance Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution and development of the Firm’s Compliance and Supervisory Control Program(s)
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs, policies, and practices, including Compliance testing, to ensure that the Advisor is in compliance with regulatory requirements of the investment Adviser’s Act of 1940
  • Work with Management to revise the program in light of changes in the needs of the organization and in the law and policies and procedures surrounding RIAs
  • Conduct reviews to assess compliance and operational risks, and develop and manage associated controls
  • Review Firm advertising and marketing materials for Compliance
  • Work with firm management regarding the compliance implications of strategic Firm initiatives and product development

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience working in financial services or technology
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Compliance experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934
  • Experience with the US Regulatory framework  (SEC, FINRA)

Role

We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of our app. Your primary focus will be development and enhancement of our iOS app and its integration with the back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. We are looking for someone that thinks about the business on a holistic, strategic level, working closely with founders and advisors. There’s no limit to the level of responsibility you can take on, or the speed at which you can see your ideas take flight.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build applications for the iOS platform
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

  • Proficient with Objective-C or Swift
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Stash Invest’s marketing team is in search of a Content Producer who is passionate about creating engaging financial content geared for a Millennial audience.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to help our team create interesting, surprising, high-quality, shareable, and educational content.

Stash is a fintech startup, on a mission to empower a new generation of investors, providing greater access to financial opportunity. We’re looking for a talented producer with a strong grasp of financial concepts.

Do you get professionally excited at the thought of distilling difficult and jargony finance-speak into engaging content? If so, this role would be a great fit.

You will:

  • Produce and distribute digital content for all channels: articles, email newsletters, video scripts, voiceover scripts, website updates, in-app messaging, and more
  • Ensure that all content meets expectations of our content style guide and is in line with the objectives of our marketing team
  • Manage creative process for your content, working closely with Art Director or freelance designers for each piece of content
  • Create, update, and maintain digital content in the content management system; troubleshoot and resolve issues involving the CMS
  • Manage execution of email marketing campaigns in the email service provider; troubleshoot and resolve issues involving the ESP
  • Track and report on daily engagement metrics, and prepare web analytic reports
