Vista Outdoor Inc. is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products in the outdoor sports and recreation markets. The Company operates through two segments: Shooting Sports and Outdoor Products. Its Shooting Sports segment designs, develops, produces and sources ammunition and firearms for the hunting and sport shooting enthusiast markets, as well as ammunition for local law enforcement, the United States Government and international markets. Its Outdoor Products segment product lines include archery/hunting accessories, global eyewear and sport protection, golf, hydration products, optics, shooting accessories, tactical products and water sports. The Company serves the outdoor sports and recreation markets through a diverse portfolio of over 40 brands. It serves a range of end consumers, including outdoor enthusiasts, hunters and recreational shooters, athletes, as well as law enforcement and military professionals. It offers cooking solutions through Camp Chef brand.

  3. Early access to direct deposit funds depends on when the payor sends the payment file. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.
  4. Stash does not monitor whether a customer is eligible for a particular type of IRA, or a tax deduction, or if a reduced contribution limit applies to a customer. These are based on a customer’s individual circumstances. You should consult with a tax advisor.
  5. The money in a custodial account is the property of the minor.
  6. Not all stocks pay out dividends.
  7. This is a Discretionary Managed Account whereby Stash has full authority to manage.   10. To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward through stock party, you must complete the account registration process and open an individual taxable brokerage account ("Personal Portfolio") that is in good standing. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions.
  11. If you purchase this plan, you will receive Financial Counseling Advice which is impersonal investment advice, as guides, reports, and education material about investing and financial planning. Each plan includes the option to open a brokerage account and a bank account. The subscription fee is due if a client is receiving Financial Counseling Services regardless of whether or not a client chooses to open and/or use a brokerage account. In order to obtain personalized investment advice, clients are required to complete the suitability questionnaire during registration, must be approved from an account verification perspective and open a brokerage account.
