About ARQ

Arq is a diversified, high performance, environmental technology company with products that enable a cleaner and safer planet while actively reducing our environmental impact. Formerly known as ADA and Advanced Emissions Solutions (ADES), we have been at the forefront of providing cutting-edge products to control mercury and other contaminants for power generation and industrial companies since 1996. At the heart of our operations is our flagship activated carbon manufacturing facility in Coushatta, LA. This state-of-the-art facility was first brought online in 2010. It is not only the largest in North America, but it is also the most automated. Through this facility we have been providing activated carbon products to help clean the land, air and water. In 2023 we acquired Arq, a UK based environmental technology company that had revolutionized the production of specialty carbon products from coal mining waste. Founded in 2015, Arq had developed a novel process that caught our attention and we knew we had to be a part of it.

  3. Early access to direct deposit funds depends on when the payor sends the payment file. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.
  4. Stash does not monitor whether a customer is eligible for a particular type of IRA, or a tax deduction, or if a reduced contribution limit applies to a customer. These are based on a customer’s individual circumstances. You should consult with a tax advisor.
  5. The money in a custodial account is the property of the minor.
  6. Not all stocks pay out dividends.
  7. This is a Discretionary Managed Account whereby Stash has full authority to manage. Diversification and asset allocation do not guarantee a profit, nor do they eliminate the risk of loss of principal.   8. A “Personal Portfolio” is a non-Discretionary Managed Account.
  9. Stash through the “Diversification Analysis” feature does not rebalance portfolios or otherwise manage the Personal Portfolio Account for clients on a discretionary basis. Recommendations through this tool are considered personalized investment advice. No asset allocation is a guarantee against loss of principal.
  10. To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward through stock party, you must complete the account registration process and open an individual taxable brokerage account ("Personal Portfolio") that is in good standing. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions.
  11. If you purchase this plan, you will receive Financial Counseling Advice which is impersonal investment advice, as guides, reports, and education material about investing and financial planning. Each plan includes the option to open a brokerage account and a bank account. The subscription fee is due if a client is receiving Financial Counseling Services regardless of whether or not a client chooses to open and/or use a brokerage account. In order to obtain personalized investment advice, clients are required to complete the suitability questionnaire during registration, must be approved from an account verification perspective and open a brokerage account.
