Quanterix Corporation develops ultra-sensitive digital immunoassay platform and tools for life science research and diagnostics. The Company offers single molecule array (Simoa) platform, which uses single molecule measurements to detect protein biomarkers. The Company is also focusing to enable and develop novel therapies and diagnostics to facilitate in healthcare for earlier detection, monitoring, prognosis and, ultimately, prevention of disease. Simoa focuses on research and clinical testing applications and significantly advances enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology which is capable of unprecedented protein detection sensitivity. It also focuses on research and diagnostics for brain injuries, heart disease, cancer and other infectious diseases with its technology. The Company offers Simoa HD-1 analyzer, which is an automated immunoassay platform with multiplexing and custom assay capability.

  3. Early access to direct deposit funds depends on when the payor sends the payment file. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.
  4. Stash does not monitor whether a customer is eligible for a particular type of IRA, or a tax deduction, or if a reduced contribution limit applies to a customer. These are based on a customer’s individual circumstances. You should consult with a tax advisor.
  5. The money in a custodial account is the property of the minor.

  7. This is a Discretionary Managed Account whereby Stash has full authority to manage.   10. To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward through stock party, you must complete the account registration process and open an individual taxable brokerage account ("Personal Portfolio") that is in good standing. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions.
  11. If you purchase this plan, you will receive Financial Counseling Advice which is impersonal investment advice, as guides, reports, and education material about investing and financial planning. Each plan includes the option to open a brokerage account and a bank account. The subscription fee is due if a client is receiving Financial Counseling Services regardless of whether or not a client chooses to open and/or use a brokerage account.
